"Manna" From Heaven This Morning

Psalms 45
7 You love righteousness and hate wickedness; Therefore God, Your God, has anointed You With the oil of gladness more than Your companions. 8 All Your garments are scented with myrrh and aloes and cassia, Out of the ivory palaces, by which they have made You glad. 9 Kings' daughters are among Your honorable women; At Your right hand stands the queen in gold from Ophir. 10 Listen, O daughter, Consider and incline your ear; Forget your own people also, and your father's house; 11 So the King will greatly desire your beauty; Because He is your Lord, worship Him. 12 And the daughter of Tyre will come with a gift; The rich among the people will seek your favor. 13 The royal daughter is all glorious within the palace.

Very thankful to be spending the weekend with those who are "all glorious within the palace." Looking forward to an awesome weekend!

I Saw "Real" Mountains...

While I didn't get to climb the "real" mountains, I did get to see them and take a few pictures from both the plane and the ground. They are quite amazing! Love, love, loved my time in Salem! Saw some old friends, made some new ones, and got the grand tour of Macleay from Esther Martin. Thanks to all the friends who made my time super special. (super... hehe, think that is a West Coast word Here's a few pics to prove I was there. : ) Went to Silver Falls on Friday afternoon. It was FREEZING, but beautiful! There was steam coming up off the waterfall.

All the trees were covered in moss.

Some of those good friends I was talking about : )
We stopped at a lookout in the park just at sunset. It was amazing!
My little Buddy, Miles. (making faces with apple slices in our mouth) : D
I miss Eileen...
Mt. Hood - Quite amazing that something could be so large as to stick up into the clouds like that.
